TICKET POLICY

I lost my ticket. What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless otherwise advertised. Service charges are non-refundable.

Take good care of your tickets! We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

CAMPING

Is camping included in my festival ticket?

Wooded Tent Camping is included with your festival ticket.

Can I camp by my car?

For an additional $40 per car, you can camp by your car in a designated car camping area. Only wooded tent camping is included with your festival ticket.

Can I bring my car to my campsite?

You cannot bring your car to your campsite in the main wooded tent camping areas. You must park and carry your gear. Pro Worm Tip: grab a tent or tarp and use it to claim your spot when you find it. Then, go back for the rest of your gear. Don’t make the mistake of wandering around with all your stuff!

How far is camping from the main stage?

Camping is a walkable distance from the main stage.

Can I leave and return?

Yes. Once gates open, they do not close. You can come and go as  you please. Please do not remove your bracelet.

Are fires permitted? Propane grills?

Open fires are NOT PERMITTED, but small propane grills are fine. A fire extinguisher is a good idea if you plan to have a propane grill.

WHAT TO BRING

Don’t forget your ticket or if your tickets are at Will Call, please bring photo ID with you and present it at the front gate.

Please also remember to bring a donation of canned goods or hygiene products for the Wormtown Food Drive that will go to benefit the Franklin County Meals Program.

Here is a handy packing list for camping:

Don’t worry if you don’t have or can’t fit all these things, there will be a general store on site.

Parking is included with your festival ticket.

Depending on where you’re parked, it’s an easy, accessible walk to the concert field and/or campground.

RVs

How many RV passes / tickets do I need to buy?

1 RV Pass per RV, 1 ticket per person.

How many people are allowed at one RV site?

We do not limit the number of people at an RV site.

How many cars or tents are allowed at one RV site?

You cannot park cars or set up tents with your RV.

Are there power or water hookups?

Sorry, no hookups.

ACCESSIBILITY

Do you have handicap parking?

Handicap parking is available close to the main stage. If you need handicap parking and/or handicap camping – please inform the parking/gate staff. They will assist you.

Do you have handicap camping?

Handicap Camping is located across from First Aid as you head to the Vernville Stage. If you need handicap parking and/or handicap camping – please inform the parking/gate staff. They will assist you.

Please be advised, while the main stage is on a ‘baseball field’ – which is flat and level; some stages (Vernville & River Worm) are in the woods and a wooded path is the only way to gain access. Be aware that one may encounter roots and/or stumps along the way.

KIDS

Is your event / venue kid friendly?

We are a very family friendly festival, with a designated area for family camping and a full weekend of scheduled kids activities, as well as a Teen Scene for teenagers.

What activities do you have for kids?

VOLUNTEERING

How do I volunteer?

We have an application for volunteers. You will be contacted if you are selected to volunteer. You must be 18 and older to volunteer.

How many hours / shifts?

By volunteering you agree to work a minimum of 12 hours in exchange for a weekend pass.

VENDING

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Please submit an application if you would like to apply for a vending space at the show. There is no unofficial vending permitted, but we do allow a limited number of patrons to vend (crafts only) in a designated area in the campgrounds. Please read the details and register with the campground vending representative after you arrive.

Can I sell anything I want?

Items for sale must be approved by the Vending Coordinator.

Can I sell on the field?

Only official vending is allowed in booths on the concert field. Vendors must apply in advance and will be notified if they are selected.

Can I walk around and sell unofficially?

No unofficial vending allowed. Campground vending has an option available to walk around, but you must register with the Campground Vending representative and you are only allowed to walk around in the designated Campground Vending area. See details for Patron Campground Vendors.

MEDIA INQUIRIES

Who do I contact for a media pass?

Sorry, we do not offer media passes.

BOOKING INQUIRIES

Who can I contact to submit my band to play at StrangeCreek Campout or Wormtown Music Festival?

AMENITIES

Are there showers?

Rudimentary showers are available. There is only one available for men and one for women. Showers are located in the bathhouse by the community fire pit.

Is there water and ice available?

Bags of ice and water are sold by camp Kee-Wanee to benefit their scholarship program. Please support the camp! The Camp Kee-Wanee booth is located by the pavilion facing the concert field.
